Comments

This is a direct transfer from 20 year old first generation recording on a good old TDK D90. Noise reduction was used in the initial recording but, given the quality of the tape, tape hiss is still present, but not overly so.

The transfer was from tape deck (Aiwa AD-F800) to Audio CD recorder, then EAC to WAV to NERO 6.0 to FLAC.

This is an average audience recording which I'd rate as B-.The sound is very compressed and distorts at times due to over modulation.

This was a gig to the far reaches of Scotland and the boys had concerns over funding the long trip home! Despite worries over the reception they would receive they went down like a house on fire and drew 2 encores - both covers, the second unplanned!

A great gig in my view with the band on form - shame about the quality of the recording!

The set was a bit shorter than normal. Whilst set out on 2 CDR's the whole show will fit on one CDR-80 if desired!
